We originally had Maxxmar motorized blinds installed through a major retailer and design company (not Matalino) and had a problem with the installation and setup. Although this wasn’t their problem to solve, Matalino took it upon themselves to make sure we got satisfaction and they certainly delivered.
While at the Home Show I saw Carmel’s booth advertising Maxxmar blinds. I thought I would drop by and explain my dilemma. Carmel and Dale listened to my complaint, offered to come to my condo and properly programme a 15 channel remote to handle all the necessary functions.
